LA is too divided, it looks like the U.N. based in Mexico with everyone from everywhere in between... No one can can even communicate without an interpreter...
Most the blacks left the west coast 15+ years ago, most went back east, south, and northeast...They took the last train to Georgia...

Yep...the high school that I went to (Manual Arts) was mostly black when I went there. Now it’s over 80% Hispanic.
Speaking of Georgia, my smarter, better qualified black clients at the Iowa unemployment office (circa 1990’s) were all headed for Atlanta as if the streets were paved with gold.
