I don’t have any proof of this but have a vague memory of something I heard yesterday.

Is it possible that they offered Dorian Johnson immunity? He has admitted that he and Michael robbed the store of the cigars. Does that mean that he MAY provide evidence for the prosecution as the first and initial witness.

I’m trying to find a very short comment from yesterday that Dorrian was under protection.

All I know is the Ferguson PC said that he was not involved in the robbery and will not be charged and the video bears it out.

Brown at one point in the video hands a box of cigars to Johnson as if here take these, and Johnson discretely reaches over and puts them back on the counter.

Prosecution wasn't mentioned, IIRC. And prosecution against whom? And protection from what? Prosecution? Or protection from the kind of people that spray paint "snitches get stitches" on buildings that they just burned down, which so happens to be of the same type as the store that was robbed. I don't think anything specific enough to speculate on was mentioned.
