My question is why the police left this officer to hang out there for 6 days???
It makes absolutely no sense since the police admitted that as they looked down at him in the street that he was the thug in the store.
They didn’t need 6 weeks of ballistics and autopsies in order to come to the microphone and say that the guy in the street was involved in a robbery.
The Ferguson PD takes a lot of blame for this and for the subsequent unrest.
? No blame for the person dead ?
? No blame for the baiters ?
Because, as has been explained repeatedly here, they are looking at an avalanche of lawsuits, and are facing trial-by-media. They have to be very, very careful about what they say, because even the most trivial errors will be blown out of proportion by the race hustlers and their sycophantic allies in the media.
At this point, they will have a very good idea of the truth. If, as I strongly suspect, the forensic evidence backs up the officer’s account, and completely discredits the “very credible” eyewitnesses’, then they have plenty of time to make their case.
You are blaming the PD for the rioting and looting. Of all the people potentially at fault, they are at the bottom of the list. It is the primarily the fault of the race pimps, the media, the useful idiots upon whom they depend, and, unfortunately, the good intentions of naive people. Well below that, if it even makes the list, is the police department.
The police’s job, at this point, is to conduct a fair and objective inquiry. That means — don’t rush. Their secondary “job” is to protect themselves against the onslaught. That means — don’t say anything until you are 100% certain that it can be backed up in court, because that, unfortunately, is where this headed. The race pimps smell free money, and the only thing that can get between a race pimp and their money is, occasionally, a microphone.
It is not their job to prevent riots caused by the manipulations of others. What is more, it is incompatible with their actual job, which is to protect where possible, and clean up the mess where it isn’t.
