To: INVAR

not exactly the law in my state ... if I witness my neighbor’s home being robbed and I consider the person robbing my neighbors home a threat then is permissible to stop that person under the law in my state. Don’t know the law of your state and that law may not exist in your state but in mine ... one best not be stupid and let me see them in my neighbor’s home unlawfully.

What state is this in? Unless it can be PROVEN that my life or someone else's was in immediate jeopardy - I have no authority to shoot an unarmed person outside of my home. I will be charged.

If it is shown that a perp was unarmed, and I shot the perp while he was robbing a neighbor's home - and killed him - I will be charged with murder.

Those are facts… at least in my state and is covered extensively in any CCL course you take. The threshold for legally using deadly force, is very narrow. Self defense has to be demonstrated - unless the perp is INSIDE your own home.
