I saw the photographs of the dead kid, from two different angles. I have shot a lot of four legged varmints in my life. And based upon my experience, it looks like the kid was only shot once, in the chest. No visible exit wound. NOT hollow point?
In fact, the number of times MB was shot are going to be key. It was said he was shot as many as 8 times. But the photos no not show obvious shots in the back.
All the family as at this point is “excessive force”. Without that, there’s nothing IMO.
