Immaterial to the point I’m making in this discussion about ONE COP and ONE PERP and deadly use of force.

You are asking a hypothetical that has no relevance to the point I made about shooting an unarmed perp and the law as it is applied to a citizen shooting an unarmed perp.

But let’s answer your hypothetical this way - if ten thugs from Obama’s Free Shit Army tried to wrest control of our weapons and they were shot in the struggle - it’s justified self defense. If after the struggle and they have none of our weapons, we run after them and shoot them while they were running away multiple times, we get charged with murder or manslaughter.

If there was a single gunshot in Brown’s case and he bled out on the street - the cop is justified. If the cop shot Brown while he was running away multiple times - then the cop should be charged.

You have gotten back to the crux of this case.

The debate of what happened is still raging. Facts are slowly being distributed and confirmed. It may not be as the media first portrayed it, and is not likely to be exactly the way the witness (a collaborator in the robbery) stated.

I think most rational people would agree with what you just said. Which incidence will be true remains to be seen.
