From the article;

At least one shot was fired inside the car. The struggle then spilled onto the street, where Brown was shot multiple times.
Witnesses have said the officer fired on Brown as he tried to run away.”
The first part rings true, and the fatal shot may have been fired inside the vehicle, with Brown making it out on the street before collapsing and dying.
The last part about Brown being fired on as he ran isn’t supported by the photographic evidence.
Yeah.... but.... the 'eye witness' said it and everyone knows that eye witnesses never lie and always remember everything exactly as it happened. (I hope the sarcasm is obvious)
