Ferguson police released a report today detailing a robbery before the fatal shooting last week of 18 year-old Michael Brown. Chief of police Jackson held a press conference early Friday morning.
Here is a copy of the report on the Ferguson convenience story robbery.
Michael Brown was 6′ 4″ and 292 pounds.

I'm not so sure. Not an attorney, but I suspect these would be considered separate but related incidents. Had Brown been killed at the store during the robbery, you would certainly be right, though MO law might be different from other states.
Does anybody know how much time elapsed between the robbery and the shooting? How far apart are the locations?
Oh yes....Please remember the “Iceberg” analogy. You only see 10% of the iceberg above the water with 90% below. The chances that this was the FIRST time he committed this type of crime are slim and none.
I am not saying he deserved to die. I am just saying he was not some law abiding, innocent, young man. He was at the least a thug and a bully.
Has anyone heard the story from the BLACK Cop that shot him?

The straps of the shoe/sandal uppers are visible both in the street photo and the robbery pics. The biggest difference is in the dead-right-there photo, the perp's pants have slid further down.
I think he’s wearing flip flops with some truly heinous socks.

Interesting that the Kwik Trip was the first place burnt to a the ground in the rioting! very convenient, looks like they were trying to burn the evidence but that’s just me thinking out loud...

I imagine 0 is on the phoneright now with Sharpton trying to figure out a way to remove the video footage and crime scene photographs from the Internet and replacing them with two obviously different looking suspects.../s
it’s hard to see but the dead photo looks like high tops and the convenience store photo looks like those rubber flip flops with socks...

There’s a guy on MSNBC trying to say it was a mild confrontation even though Brown is towering over the store owner with his hands around his neck.
It’s always a “mild confrontation” when it happens to someone else.
I think they should ask the clerk in he thought it was a minor confrontation. The poor guy looks scared to death in the video.
