Wn or loseand theres no question hes runningRand Paul has firmly established himself as the most intriguing Republican eyeing the White House in 2016.
Thursday brought fresh evidence as the Kentucky senator leaped headlong into the racial cauldron that is Ferguson, Mo., with a bluntly stated Time magazine essay on the police shooting of Michael Brown. Weighing in was hardly a surprise; there are flies circling honey pots with more restraint than a politician given a chance to hold forth on the issue of the day.

Of course NOT ONE member of the liberal press voted for McCain or will vote for Rand Paul... but that's beside the point. Right?
If you watch news on any channel other than FOX you're supporting them... think about that next time you consider changing the dial.
I did love the point about the camo.
“The Cato Institutes Walter Olson observed this week how the rising militarization of law enforcement is currently playing out in Ferguson:
Why armored vehicles in a Midwestern inner suburb? Why would cops wear camouflage gear against a terrain patterned by convenience stores and beauty parlors? Why are the authorities in Ferguson, Mo. so given to quasi-martial crowd control methods (such as bans on walking on the street) and, per the reporting of Riverfront Times, the firing of tear gas at people in their own yards? (This my property! he shouted, prompting police to fire a tear gas canister directly at his face.) Why would someone identifying himself as an 82nd Airborne Army veteran, observing the Ferguson police scene, comment that We rolled lighter than that in an actual warzone?
Ru Paul is running in the wrong party.
He needs to be careful this honey pot doesn’t turn into a tar baby for him.
It's funny how looting and rioting changes you perspective on things - especially when it's happening in your home town.
The rioting in 1968 helped to elect Nixon, the "Law and Order President."
Hate to break it to the big government W loving conservatives but Rand Paul is a fresh breath of liberty.
Rand Paul--"Given the racial disparities in our criminal justice system, it is impossible for African-Americans not to feel like their government is particularly targeting them."
Breath of a fresh liberty? HA, more like a steaming pile spewing Al Sharpton's and Jesse Jackson's ugly liberal racial propaganda.
Epic fail.
LOL! love that gif!
Further, the militarization of fed agencies is also out of hand and will only lead to continued push back.
Oh undoubtedly. All we need is someone to further protect the rights of criminals while the victims keep footing the bill /s
As a Libertarian/Conservative or Conservative/Libertarian I would like to support Rand Paul. He’s gone over the cliff with this essay after he was on the edge of the cliff with his immigration views. He’s scratched off my list of acceptable candidates along with Mitt Romney, Marco Rubio and Jeb Bush. Never again.
