U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder is suggested the police authorities in Ferguson, Missouri should diversify in order to sooth racial tensions with the community.
"Over time, ... [the police] should consider the role that increased diversity in law enforcement can play in helping to build trust within communities," Holder said in a statement released Thursday afternoon.
The relatively small city of Ferguson has become the epicenter of protests against police violence in America since local officers shot and killed an unarmed African-American teen last Saturday. According to ABC News, the Ferguson police department has three black officers and 47 white officers.
Holder's statement, which arrived not long after President Barack Obama spoke on the topic, also said the Department of Justice was investigating the incident.
"All the while, the federal civil rights investigation into the shooting incident itself continues, in parallel with the local investigation into state law violations," Holder said. "Our investigators from the Civil Rights Division and U.S. attorney’s office in Missouri have already conducted interviews with eyewitnesses on the scene at the time of the shooting incident on Saturday. Our review will take time to conduct, but it will be thorough and fair."(continued)

The investigation has been concluded and the facts have come out? Including the fact that QT which was later looted and trashed had called the cops out on Brown and his “boys” for shoplifting?

If I were a member of the FPD, I would be looking for another job far away. The police chief may have tall stack of resignations very soon.

I’ve equated it to the Quartering Act prior to the American Revolution, where colonists were required to provide room & board to British soldiers. Unassimilated blacks will be allotted to middle-class neighborhoods, which will be required to provide free housing, schooling, and sustenance in return for nothing but crime.
In my area the only places safe from this are those with a large number of elderly whites; they qualify for (and use)low-income housing. I saw a piece in the Wall Street Journal about housing prices recovering in various parts of the country, and northern NJ was still falling. The taxes being paid by a shrinking number of “makers” to provide for a booming number of “takers” are toxic; nobody in their right mind would invest in a mortgage here...We get little for our taxes, as they are paying off people who retired decades ago (while we drive on road surfaces that make Mogadishu look good).
Yeah, I expect it's open season in Ferguson for hunting police officers.

You can have civilization, or you can have “diversity”, you can’t have both. We’ve made NASA a shell of itself, destroyed education, destroyed cities _Detroit is only Exhibit A-been forced to “tolerate” increasing crime, ignored black-on-white crime, and more, all for the sake of “diversity”. But civilization is just about done, as in stick a fork in.
The parasites simply aren’t disappearing quickly enough through abortion, contraception, and murder (though they are slowly disappearing, being replaced by Hispanics).
Whites have been successfully marginalized/silenced by the left (at least the men); it is hard to raise “Anglo” sons in this atmosphere. I make sure to remind them of the great accomplishments of Western Civilization at every opportunity.

Good on you. I only pray that for the sake of your sons, and all my male younger relatives, that there will be a civilization left to defend, because we-we white men and women-have done a sorry job of handing it off. The men more by forced silence, the women, I am sorry to say, as much by enthusiastic complicity.
All those federal forms that ask about race rely on a person to voluntarily declare their race. If Elizabeth Warren can claim to be an Indian, why can’t the appropriate number of employees in a given organization claim to be whatever is needed to get the Feds off their backs. Maybe the cops merely need to get their paperwork in order.
