The facts are coming out right now — a little bit everyday.

What’s to wait for — a final report issued by the Police Department as in the Andy Lopez case aka Whitewash in Santa Rosa???

I’ve been in an SUV, heck I used to have one. Unless jacked up really high, I as a petite lady, not 6 foot four, would be the right size while standing, for a guy to grab my neck through the window. What still hasn’t been explained to my satisfaction and doesn’t make a hell of a lot of sense, is the ability of a cop sitting in his SUV, window level at lowest point probably just over 4 feet tall, four and a half feet, able to grab the neck of a guy that big (that’s a lot of muscle and the man could use his full, standing, body to brace and pull out of the car), again, to pull a guy that LARGE using only is arm, while sitting, into the window. I would really like that scenario explained to me. It doesn’t make any kind of sense. A smart cop would never even attempt that. The only explanation (as per second witness) for them to be tussling through the window with the cop seated, was if the guy leaned in the window himself. That scenario that the cop pulled using only his arm while twisting in the seat, is implausible to me. Sorry, but that part doesn’t add up. The rest, shooting in the back, multiple times, looks bad and it looks bad that the victim was not immediately hauled off. I’d really like the plausibility of a cop twisting in the seat, dragging a HUGE guy into the window. I think at that point while they were “tussling” (second witness), the guy had leaned into the window himself.
