Whatever works for you is the best exercise.
That said, it is the eating that puts on the pounds. An hour on a stairclimber burns 400 calories. Followed by two glazed donuts and a sweetened coffee will add 500+
No sugar, no flour, no processed foods. The pounds will fall off.
That too....if you look at Asia - they eat meat and veggies...hardly is their food laced with wheat/flour etc...they spice it up as well...but it is straight forward.
Every coffee shop one enters there are pastries!
