So, if someone here in the U.S. publicly states that every time the Palestinians kill Israeli children or adults with car/bus bombings, tunnel attacks, suicide bombers and rockets, then it is open season on Palestinians everywhere in the world (in the malls, auto repair shops and restaurants where they work, their children, etc.), they will be allowed to say that and not be arrested?

What gives? Why has this man not been arrested by the authorities for inciting violence? Why can the Palestinians everywhere they are constantly call for killing Jews and nothing is done about it? I don't ever see Jews gathering in crowds and calling for mass killing of Palestinians.
