Friend --

BREAKING: Another poll has confirmed that Mitch is in the lead!

The latest poll released today from Public Policy Polling shows Mitch ahead by 4 points. This is great news for Kentucky and devastating news for Barack Obama and his hand-picked candidate, Alison Lundergan Grimes. (SNIP)

With your continued support, we're confident we can win this race. Together, we can take back the Senate and stop the radical Obama agenda. (SNIP)

(SNIP)

Thanks for your support,

Jesse Benton

Campaign Manager - Team Mitch

Paid For By McConnell Senate Committee '14

Go back and re-read my post.

"Circular firing squad" is not when I decide to vote or not to vote for ol' chipmunk cheeks.

It's when I start trashing other freepers who have an honest disagreement.

Let’s see, I was declared to be a liberal, and a self-appointed Ayatollah of the Conservative Wing because of my vociferous justification for the refusal to vote for McConnell.

How is that an ‘honest disagreement’?

What is the rating of his opponent? This is the problem. I'll take 90% conservative over a 90% liberal.

That's fine, but don't come to FR telling people that Mitchy is a strong conservative. He isn't.

I haven’t. He is much better than his opponent, and there is no other alternative. Look, some conservatives who hated Romney think we were better off with Obama. I’m from the background that says even half a loaf is better than none.

I don’t know anything about Alinsky. Is he someone who tells you to encourage people to help the Democrats beat the Republicans since the Republicans are not as pure as you? And just what are your policy differences that are so profound that you’ll try to help the socialist?

Nice try GOPE troll. I take it that if FDR, Ted Kennedy, Harry Reid or Nancy Pelosi had that all important (R) in front of their names you vote for them from what you are saying. Am I not correct? Is there a difference between the Maine sisters, or McStain than any other democrat out there?

Unless the Republicans get a veto proof conservative caucus in the senate you are not going to stop one supreme court nominee. Your favs: McStain, Grahmnesty, Corkhole, LimpWrist Lamar, and Cockstain would and have voted for Clinton and obama nominees why do you think they would suddenly change. This same bunch you support didn’t stop a single Clinton nominee in the 1990’s and you believe they will now? You are delusional.

The (R) means nothing anymore as it has become a pale imitation of the (D). Give us a choice for Gods sake!

I don’t know anything about Alinsky.

That would make you a liar. Your posts are dripping with Alinsky's rule 5.

And just what are your policy differences that are so profound that you’ll try to help the socialist?

I won't surrender my Conservative Principles to vote Party First and cast a vote for a man who declared war on me and vowed to crush me wherever he found me.

Better the enemy I know and see than the saboteur and assassin in my ranks pretending to be an ally while working for the enemy.

I'd rather see anyone in that seat than McConnell, and I am doing everything I can to help make that happen here in KY.

He’s just an Establishment Party hack sarge.

Attempting to shame and ridicule those of us who refuse to vote for McConnell with the Ruling Class talking Points accusations of being “Socialists”, “purists”, “Ayatollah Conservatives”, “Right Wing Taliban” etc., etc.

The truth is that McConnell represents the -R- which stands for Ruling Class of which Washington Leftist Democrats also belong.

Cruz has been more effective from that position than the entire House GOPE leadership, allegedly in the majority position has been since 2011.

"I will state for the record that McConnell is WORSE than Reid."

I clearly didn't use enough adjectives in describing "crazy".

I think casting a vote for an undercutting creep who declares war on you and vows to crush you everywhere you are found would qualify as a clear-cut case of crazy.

But what do I know? I’m just a self-appointed Ayatollah of Conservatism according to McConnell’s supporters here.

So as I stated as a GOPE robot if Harry Reid suddenly declared himself a Republican you would show up here preaching his virtues and demanding everyone vote for him without hesitation. Talk about your mind numb robots!

As for Cruz, he has stopped people like YOU from committing mindless suicide by passing amnesty in the House and really ending your beloved Party. When he shut the government down he reminded your kind what it meant to have a set of balls and a backbone. It scared you to death and your kind capitulated faster than the French army.

If you want to blindly follow your Party without question go for it but I demand at least some conservative principles and backbone. Right now the GOP has none of that, they are the proverbial echo of the Democrats.

Cruz shut the government down??? All by himself??? I don't think so!

I was born and raised in NKY. My family still lives there. Me dad can't stand Mitch, but he's going to vote for him. Why? Because its better to have a "RINO" Republican who will back you 20% of the time, than a damn Democrat who will be automatically go against anything you put forward.

Watch who Cruz endorses in the race! It will be Mitch! Why? Because he can win!

If you want conservatives to have ANY effect, they need others to back them up, even if its not 100% of the time. How often will Grimes support Cruz? That's easy, 0%!

. If you think Cruz shut down the government by himself, you're sadly mistaken, he got support from a number of people you consider RINOs!!!

He got support from the House conservatives and embarrassed the GOPE there to the point they had to act. But alas McConnell rode to their rescue as he has such a sellout Republican caucus he doesn’t have to worry about losing his position except to another liberal in the party.

Nothing including the deification of Ted Kennedy by McConnel and ANOTHER huge tax increase could embarrass the Republicans in the senate they are total sellouts to the left for the most part and McConnell is their leader.

So tell me when McConnell has went to the mat for conservatives, 20% of the time? 10%? 5%?

Grimes is a pure idiot but McConnell is a race baiting scumbag.

Again I ask, McConnell made it clear he doesn’t want conservative votes so why do you demand we vote for this dirt pile of a senator?
