A large police SWAT team showed up to a peaceful demonstration in Ferguson, Missouri and the scene is getting increasingly tense, reports Huffington Post's Ryan J. Reilly, who is currently on the ground.
Soon after the team of more than 70 officers came on the scene, they told protesters they needed to leave the area and that "this [was] not open for discussion," Reilly tweeted. MSNBC reporter Trymain Lee tweeted that police told the crowd, "Go home, return to your vehicles. The protesters responded, "Mike can't go home!"
"Your right to assembly is not being denied," the police said later over a loudspeaker.

I’d like to add that he (Officer who shot Brown) was quickly removed from the scene and taken to the hospital by another officer. His cruiser was left at the scene.
That is why he wouldn’t talk to investigators right away and went straight to CNN. A trained and expert interrogator would tear his story to shreds. They are good.
Because they told “everyone” to leave but the news crews are not listening either. These “protesters” are loving the news coverage they are getting.
Multiple felonies if a peasant did it.
What about video, putting it on YouTube etc?
Definite possibility. Governor is coming in a.m. to take a look see, if understood report and tweets. Might be time to call in National Guard but do not know what governor will decide.

Multiple felonies for the peasant journo.
King's Man? Not so much...
BTW, that’s kind of odd as we even allow the media to cover war events as a matter of routine...
**I wonder if LA is in for the same after their recent killing.**
watch for a Sunday kickoff:

you really should have included ... A tweet states ... I like video myself.
Doesn’t the media have any news choppers in St. Louis?
They have no right to make the media leave.
That may have been the vehicle that was suspected of having armed persons going for initiation of possible shootout purposes with LE.
From your link, which I already knew about...
“All commercial pilots in the country are getting this notice.”
The news media is not considered commercial. BTW is that still in effect?
Not to be rude to you... but the FAA put out a no fly order over the area days ago. Because the night time protesters started shooting at the helicopters. I’m siding with LE on this one. When night falls it is time to go home. I know the area and I know what type of people are mingled into the crowd of protesters.
Last night a white woman was shot in the head in drive by not far from the radical protest area. It happened right after LE was able to break up the radical bunch last night.
On top of it... There are businesses losing money because of all this (main drag through the township is shut down). Some people are leaving their jobs early each day so that they can get home to Ferguson before dusk to avoid dealing with the radical protesters.
School was to start today (Thursday) but it now has been put off until Monday.
I tend to agree.
Government ordering the media to shut off the cameras and get out is more than a little disturbing...
We even allow the media into war zones as a matter of routine.
Very odd.
Don't know ...
Begs the question:
If they're shooting at helicopters, why were law enforcement choppers flying tonight?
