Mignon L. Clyburn served as Acting Chairwoman of the Federal Communications Commission, following her appointment by President Barack Obama on May 20, 2013.
Got cronyism?
They don’t even try to hide it now. Laws are for the little people unless you are coming over the southern border.
If these two companies merge .. I will most likely be gone. I have family who suffered with Comcast, and I have Time Warner which has become worse and worse. The only product I like is their internet (their tech people are very good); and I might be willing to keep it for awhile .. until I figure out what else is available.
Most of what I like to watch is available on the internet. Besides, I have more than enough to keep me busy; which is better than spending my life watching TV.
I do like to watch some select FOX programs .. but I can watch the videos on the internet and I don’t have to watch all the commercials (unless I have DVR’d it already).
When I get my notice of the merger; I will be monitoring for a few months to see if anything improves (I’m not holding my breath).
Is this the Congressman Clyburn’s son or daughter??? MIGNON???/ as in FILET MIGNON?? OMG!!
Ralph Nader must be rolling over in his grave.
....what, you mean he’s not dead yet?
“...through all the generations of political extortion, it was not the looting bureaucrats who had taken the blame, but the chained industrialists, not the men who peddled legal flavors, but the men who were forced to buy them; and through all those generations of crusades against corruption, the remedy had always been, not the liberating of the victims, but the granting of wider powers for extortion to the extortionists.”
