Thats, being done in all neighborhoods including wealthy ones. They are being given money and moved all over the country from NY or wherever to vote liberal in places like Virginia, GA, FL. They didnt earn the money, it was given to them. Not the best of times as the feds wreck neighborhoods across the nation.
I agree it's being done all over but it's not accomplishing what the idiots making this decision imagine possible...it's not.
You can not change the basic culture of a people....and the black community does have it's own culture no matter where they live...moving them into another area and hope the influences of those around them will change their behaviors is a pipe dream...with precious few exceptions. Why not move them to the more affluent black communities????....we know why that doesn't happen too.
