Of course am no fan of his political views but the man did some great work with the USO over the years.

He had respect for the troops, that’s for certain.

Robin Williams went to the Shriner’s and SF General’s Children Hospital every Christmas to entertain the children. He wanted no publicity or money. Just his way of sharing his gift of making people laugh.

He and Cuba Gooding Jr. starred in “What Dreams May Come,” It deals with suicide and is very dark.

After I saw it, I sat stunned and overwhelmed with the intensity of emotions. Maybe he was asking for help or trying to explain depression and suicide.

RIP Mr. Williams. You are sorely missed!
