I'm sure the Scientologists have a "think tank" that could make the same claim. They're still a discredited joke -- they don't do actual research, they've been cut off by the Templeton Foundation and most of their other (credible) funders from being frauds, and when their claims came before a federal judge they were laughed out of court.

The last three chapters cover alternatives to neo Darwinism that are being proposed by proponents of naturalist evolution troubled by problems with current theories. Really fascinating.
