I have no idea why those two reporters were working at the McDonalds. Makes no sense. Unless they were undercover as workers. Originally I figured they were eating there or went in to rest and use the restroom when they evacuated the restaurant as the SWAT went in. But they say in articles that they were working at the McDonalds.

It does sound like the reporters were lying, if the place was barricaded and closed.

That does not give them the right to “work” there as reporters.

Very confusing bunch of reports.

Maybe a undercover media operation on beef , being served @ McDs
..like the Red Lion expose done by (ircc) ABC in the early '90s.
