I consider public schools to ba a 19th century paradigm that outlived its usefulness at the end of the 20th century. Its main function now is to keep the children of irresponsible parents bot fed and supplied with birth control.
Yep. More white parents home schooling or putting their kids in private/Catholic/Christian schools.
Plus the higher minority birthrate.
