QT is a mid-west phenomenon. I stop there every chance I get north of Arkansas. The people speak english, are clean, smile, good products, neat shelves, and IMMACULATE bathrooms. One late night going from LRAFB to Ft. Leavenworth, I stopped at QT in south KCMO (Raymond maybe?). Anyways the night workers were out on the pumps spit-shining the pumps and using Brasso.
Anyone who raids and destroys a QT to me is an animal and deserves to be put down. Good store, good people, good prices IMHO.

I stopped at QT in south KCMO (Raymond maybe?)You must mean RAYTOWN, which is actually a separate city but considered as a suburb of KCMO.

IIRC, QT started in the Southeastern United States, not the midwest. But either way, I agree with you that QT is a well run operation. Next to Chick-Fil-A, it is one of my favorite businesses. About 10 years ago, I tried to buy some of their stock and was disappointed to discover they are a privately held corporation. I wish they’d open some out here in the Pacific Northwest.

Thank-you for this testimony for QT. Good businesses are made up of good people. That hand-written sign was both poignant and irritating. Someone had thought of future consequences but it was too late.
