It’ll get bigger and bigger until the national guard is called in by the Governor there. But that’s always dangerous as they just might open fire.
The other risk is that some violent groups will use the chaos to start something bigger (KKK or Black Muslims or real Muslims).
Dependent on several factors (imho). The amount of firearms, ammo and the will of those intent on committing crime(s). One attack on some neighborhoods and the perps will be taken down hard. As long as the perps burn their own neighborhood they might survive unless the property owners in their neighborhoods begin to fight back (imho).
