One question does come to mind.
Why aren’t the authorities issuing a shoot-to-kill order for all rioters and looters in order to stop this?
Because they’d have an even bigger riot if another ‘promising young man’ gets shot.
It’s because the police don’t do that that these people ARE doing this. Lawlessness is expected when you strap the arms of the police.
