The article says that while in Amagansett they'll be holding a "fundraiser" and a book signing:

Tickets start at $5,000 a person and soar up to $50,000 a couple for a seat at the head table and an invitation to the Clinton Foundation’s annual spring briefing in 2015.

Mrs Clinton, who has just finished an international book tour to promote her tome, Hard Choices, will also be at the bookshop Bookhampton on August 16 to sign copies of the new memoir (fans will have to buy copies before being allowed in).

Besides being able to write off the whole $100K as fundraising expenses and/or business expenses related to her hook, they'll make money on the deal.

Took my granddaughter back to school shopping the other day and saw her book Hard Choices in TJ Maxx for $12.99. I think that ship has sailed. lol
