Sen. Al Frankens Republican challenger made a case for a power shift, bashing Democrats regulatory and education policies. Mike McFadden, seen as having an uphill battle, said Americans are hungry for new leadership. Minnesota is the Land of 10,000 Lakes. But when it comes to the challenges working families are facing, all we get from Democrats is 10,000 excuses.
November presents a tremendous opportunity for America to elect new leaders, with the vision to turn our country around, and get us back onto the path of growth and prosperity. McFadden said the Obama administration and congressional Democrats have presided over a regulatory agenda that has stifled the recovery. He cited a major Minnesota copper and nickel-mining project that has been stalled while its proponents await approval from seven regulatory agencies, which is crazy.
I believe theres a better way, he added. Through smarter regulation and a little common sense, we can develop our natural resources in a way that creates jobs and protects the environment.
Political handicappers list Minnesotas contested Senate seat as leaning in Frankens favor, but Republicans have insisted that the McFadden could make the race competitive.

MEMO TO FRANKEN VOTERS As far back as 2008, at the presidential debate in Nashville, Democrat candidate Obama advanced his signature plan that was ultimately enacted (by an historic straight Democrat party-line vote) into the "Affordable Care Act :
OBAMA: "No. 1, let me just repeat, if youve got a health care plan that you like, you can keep it. All Im going to do is help you to lower the premiums on it. Youll still have choice of doctor.
Repeated over and over ---- with the promise that every American would be saving $2500.00 on healthcare costs.
Every Democrat enthusiastically chimes in, echoing the same false promises----lock-stepping party loyalty not seen since 1940's-era Europe.
Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn): "people who are happy with their current plan, wouldn't need to change it."

Excuses are fine if you have the media in your pocket.
No, it’s the Land of 10,000,000,000,000 Lies and Liars.
if the good folk of Minnesota are so stupid as to elect this fool again then they deserve the crappola this federal gub mint gives them.
Al won because he’s good enough, smart enough and dog-gone it people like him.
It’s taken them this long to find out? This was classic rat voter fraud...keep finding votes until you have enough than declare victory. Happened in Wa and even the RINOS are doing it now.
horse crap.
he won due to the fact that the pubbies refused to get in the mud and fight voter fraud.
Minnesota is the Land of 10,000 Lakes. But when it comes to the challenges working families are facing, all we get from Democrats is 10,000 excuses.
Franken/Weiner 2020!!
