Incorrect. What came out of the incident/trial is that one does not have to obey the 911 operator because they are not the police.

I could swear that one of the things the Zimmerman 911 operator said, on the stand, was that nothing he said should be construed as direction, because they aren’t allowed to give any and are even trained not to.
