The black reporter from Africa seems to have gotten under his skin and knocked him off his game. He wound up dealing with his question about the lack of freedom of the press in Kenya and elsewhere in Africa by droning on and on with a convoluted response that said nothing, even though he did use it as an opportunity to take yet another swipe at the United States when it comes to civil rights.
