In the late afternoon of July 9, Air Force One touched down at Love Field in Dallas. President Barack Obama ducked into a private room at the airport for a discussion about the crisis of undocumented children crossing the southwest border. Assembled around a wooden table were top Texas officials, including Governor Rick Perry and Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings, as well as the leaders of several faith-based charities. One of them was a man so anonymous, the White House pool report misspelled his name.
Kevin Dinnin is the CEO of a faith-based, nonprofit organization called BCFS, formerly known as Baptist Child and Family Services. This obscure charity has emerged as one of the biggest players in the federal government’s response to the influx of more than 57,000 unaccompanied children who have trudged across the southern border so far this year. It runs two of the largest facilities for temporarily housing immigrant children, as well as six permanent shelters in California and Texas. Since December, BCFS has received more than $280 million in federal grants to operate these shelters, according to government records. On July 7, two days before Dinnin met Obama in Dallas, the Department of Health and Human Services awarded BCFS $190,707,505 in a single grant.

Blaming the charities in this case is like blaming the individual citizen for buy an imported item at Walmart. It’s in the individual’s best interest, but not the nation’s.
This needs to be addressed at the government level. Don’t blame individuals or charities for acting legally in accordance with their purpose.
This administration is like sharks in a feeding frenzy... everyone (EVERYONE) wants to be included while “O” raids the till, because they see what it’s leading.
In the end, we’ll need a dumpster full of cash to buy a loaf of bread.
These “church groups” are not doing it out of Christian charity.
They are taking the king’s silver to do it. Many at the top of these phony “church groups” are making high 6-figure salaries. They are making MILLIONS to resettle these illegal aliens across the USA.
I wasn’t aware you were privy both to the internal motives of the heart as well as the payroll of the specific charities involved.

Nothing wrong with Baptists and Catholics helping the law-breakers? Well, for one thing, there is a law against transporting or aiding illegals.
If they choose to break the law along with the illegals, let the Baptists and Catholics pay for it out of their offerings. Leave the taxpayer money out of the equation and we’ll see how benevolent these organizations are.

But how is this legal plunder to be identified? Quite simply. See if the law takes from some persons what belongs to them, and gives it to other persons to whom it does not belong. See if the law benefits one citizen at the expense of another by doing what the citizen himself cannot do without committing a crime.
Then abolish this law without delay, for it is not only an evil itself, but also it is a fertile source for further evils because it invites reprisals. If such a law — which may be an isolated case — is not abolished immediately, it will spread, multiply, and develop into a system.
In fact, this has already occurred. The present-day delusion is an attempt to enrich everyone at the expense of everyone else; to make plunder universal under the pretense of organizing it.
