Unlike many of his fellow Republican lawmakers, U.S. Senator John Cornyn sounded a conciliatory note when talking about the border crisis in San Antonio on Friday afternoon.
He complimented the federal government on its response along the border and treatment of the children who have immigrated from Central America, said that he would be open to compromise on his controversial but bipartisan proposal that would require the children have a hearing before an immigration judge within seven days of entering the country; and added that he would not touch President Barack Obamas current policy that allows children of undocumented immigrants brought over before 2007 to stay in the country, known as Deferred Action for Children Arrivals, known as DACA.

How the hell cornyn won his primary runoff is very suspect, at least to me.
I’ve been railing against this liberal since he was first elected.
He reminds me of odious LBJ and his criminal cronies.

Cornyn is +17 in the latest CBS-NYTimes poll.
I wonder if his internal polls show that the race is much tighter?

It's official, Juan McCornyn will eventually take on the Conservative back-stabbing role Juan MeCain has enjoyed for years.
McCornyn will easily win in Nov with most Republicans voting straight party ticket.
We need a grassroots, public media push for a write-in candidate.

Can we send him to Liberia for a conference and let nature take its course?

Has Cornyn switched parties to the Democrats or is he still pretending to be a Republican?

Cornyn wants Mitch McConnell’s job. His butt-buddy Rove is going to be leaking dirt to the RATS in Kentucky as it gets closer to the election. It’s going to be ugly given how much the RINO establishment wants Cornyn as Majority/Minority Leader instead of McConnell.
