Frankly, at this point it is hard to believe anybody — the governments are definitely downplaying the threat — but how did the two US health workers get it, when they were covered head to toe when treating the ebola victims.
The fact she was sweating and vomiting says a lot of what she had plus the fact of where she was flying in from.
