Let’s bring over 50 African heads of state, and their entourages, bodyguards, media, and assistants, for a big
conference in Washington.
Let’s let them fill up the hotels, visit restaurants,
visit tourist sights, and basically come into contact with
thousands of people.

So they put the PLANE in quarantine—what about the passengers and crew? If they are all exposed (and at this point that’s still an “if”) shouldn’t they be isolated also?
