The Arab neighbors could have solved this problems as you have proposed many years ago had that been their goal. . The only way any of them wants to solve the problem is to eradicate Israel.

It may be the only time I do so, but agree with Joan Rivers on her comment that if New Jersey were bombing New York, New York would take out New Jersey. We have no right yo tell Israel to just grin and bear it while that would not be our own policy.
