after viewing the video, what I can't believe is WHY so much force for a not murder not rape not kidnapping not bombing not carjacking incident... This wasn't a minor crime like a murder, rape, kidnapping, bombing or carjacking.
This was failure to pay taxes.

Excuse me, alleged failure to pay taxes.
Not seeing anywhere that the evidence was collected, maintained in chain of custody, presented to a jury, witnesses called and confronted, and due process followed.
