Am not a Military person but remember the last time I voted. A bar code was attached to each ballot. Each ballot was scanned. Bet they know how I voted.
I agree, they do likely know! We are supposed to have a secret ballot and even if we did there is no way they can do it from foreign countries or through the mail without knowing.
