A recent poll by The Pew Research Center is reporting that America is more divided than ever. According to the poll, 66% of consistently conservative Republicans think the Democrats’ policies threaten the nation’s well-being and half (50%) of consistently liberal Democrats say Republican policies jeopardize the nation’s well-being. With everything that is going on in our country, all Americans should be united. So, what is it that has us divided? The issues that we are facing effects all Americans on both sides of the political fencefrom foreign policy disasters, wide-open borders to the economy.

The Democrat Party is no longer a political party; it has now become nothing more than an Obama Cult. The closest historic parallel we have to this Obama Cult is followers of the Jim (James) Jones Cult who, at the behest of Jim Jones, willingly killed themselves with cyanide laced Kool-Aid. Also, both Jim Jones and Obama were smooth talking, charismatic “Community Organizers,” and both were/are avowed Marxist Communists with membership in the Communist Party USA (CPUSA). The only difference between the Obama Cult and the Jim Jones Cult, other than the enormous size of the Obama Cult, is Jim Jones offered his followers poisoned Kool-Aid at the end, and Obama is offering his followers revolution, but the end result is the same: they lead their followers to self- destruction.

“The danger to America is not Barack Obama, but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America . Blaming the prince of fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools, such as those who made him their President.”
Short answer, YES, I think so.
I don’t have cable but I’m in a hotel that does have it this week. Including History Channel, Discovery, Learning etc. the show selection ranges from simply foolish and useless to absolutely insipid, dumb and insulting to the what I thought should pass for just barely average intelligence. People who are shallow as a piece of paper are portrayed as successful and to be emulated. I grasp at the little light that there are normal people that consider such drivel as a sideshow freak attraction in some way. If this is the pop culture of the day that represent upcoming generations and it is pervasive we are totally sunk.

We are too far gone to get back through the ballot box. At some point this will be decided by a resolution conflict.

The country is more divided because Obama brought his crowbr for that specific purpose - the question is whether he pries things to the point where it throws us into an actual civil war.
If you think about it we have had one truly conservative president over the past 50+ years. Reagan was a breath of air- an anomaly- for this nation from God in the midst of a slow national drowning.
You just never know. I was returning my cart at Aldi yesterday when I saw what looked like two “thugs” and their “girl” obviously upset no one remembered to bring a quarter.
I just handed them mine and told them to have a good day. All I got in response from all three was “Thank you sir!”.

As much as I sometimes like to join in and wistfully ponder the potential of a Cruz or Palin presidency to turn things around, America is in an obvious death-spiral, which makes the whole topic of politics increasingly moot to me. A government that is devolving into a corrupt, socialist banana-republic, and a culture that has become totally sick and depraved freak-show.
This America has no relation whatsoever to the country I knew and pledged allegiance to. An America that embraces such degeneracy as fag-marriage is not an America that I will stand with or fight for.
Especially the Burrs.
This is happens when a nation becomes morally bankrupt. The ungodly are in charge and will destroy the nation. We are warned, “put not your trust in princes.”
Fortunately, we are in this “vale of tears” for only a short time on our way to God’s perfect Heaven. Read God’s Word every day to strengthen your faith in these testing times. Pray to God with your family to strengthen each other on the way to Heaven. You cannot lose when you trust in God!
Today many Dems seek to establish a quasi-socialist country and dismiss the achievements of the Founding Fathers. No there's no way a leftist like Obama could have gotten nominated much less elected fifty years ago. George McGovern, who was a WWII war hero and ran for president in 1972 in the wake of an unpopular war running on a leftist/anti-war platform got stomped.
...and instantly, even liberals will realize why we really have a second amendment. They will also realize why some people might need those scary semi-automatic weapons.
