Here is a simple question ...suppose Obama does this ...it goes to court and it is determined he does not have the authority to do it ....Then What?
Then nothing happens and Obama legalizes a voting bloc for the democrats that makes LBJ's move look like a summer stroll in the park - how many divisions does the court have? - yes, the Republic would be null and void and we would be in a lawless dictatorship. He might not even grant us an election in 2016 - he'd just refuse to step down. Why not? Who's going to make him, the Capitol Police?
