For me, it's being truthful.
Why would I lie about my basic biology?
When I was 18, all of the women I thought were sexually attractive were under age 40.
Now, well into my 60’s, I feel exactly the same way.
I have no illusions that younger women find me attractive (but, as a life long runner, I do look a lot better than most guys my age).
However, I am not inclined to lie to the older women who do find me attractive.
Sorry for being me, but you will never take the “boy” out of this “old boy!”

I am older also but my view of women is the opposite of yours. I admire seasoned women who have lived some and have respect for themselves and for men. The young ones are nice to look at but if I wanted a young woman strictly for her looks, I think renting is a better option than marriage. At least you know up front what she is going to cost.
After sack time what do you talk about with a 20some year old? I don’t know anything about hip hop or rap, and don’t know how to text.
To me there is nothing sadder than watching an older man showing off his latest toy, thinking he is making all the other men jealous, while real men who gave up toys at about 9 think he is pathetic.
