You mean CONVICT, of course. The House impeached Clinton, but the Senate failed to convict him.

Anyhow, it takes 66 Senate votes to convict, so our victory in the 2014 Midterm Election needs to be HUGE.

My real question, then, is if the House begins the impeachment process, how long would that take? Could they delay the impeachment process until the 2014 Lame Duck Session is over?
