Insofar as marijuana, I don't want kids having access to it, so what I'd settle for is a minimum age requirement.
Let me flip this question... are you in favor of any and all currently illegal drugs being legalized?
Our freedoms are under constant assault by the ruling elites & bureaucrats. The Second Amendment has been ignored in many states. The first Amendment is constantly under fire.
What does it mean to have the right to be “secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures” as the Fourth Amendment states?
There are millions of people in this country that would happily take away your guns, your meat, your medications, your wealth, your children, & your home; just as there are many people who would happily throw marijuana smokers, all drug users, into jail forever. See any similarity there? It's called tyranny.
There is nothing on this planet more directly against tyranny than the Constitution, which doesn't mention drug or alcohol (a drug) use, but does state clearly that “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
