Every day there are new wishful fantasies about how much of the world their studly hero Putin is about to conquer. The truth is that Putin’s Russia is a dying nation on the verge of collapse, overrun with muslims and Chinese immigrants. After losing nearly the whole of Ukraine, Putin can barely hold on to the two cities in Ukraine he still controls.
Suddenly Russia is being portrayed as the worlds greatest military power, stronger than America and Britain, and France and Germany, and the dozens of other NATO allies combined, and eager to go nuclear if anyone dares challenge them, it is bizarre.
For they surely are.
