Time to cut off US aid to these corrupt, do-nothing governments. US aid should be suspended until the countries tell us where the aid money is going......and demand they put out appropriate messaging to counter the ads said to be fueling the horrendous surge at the border from Central America.

Honduras is actually demanding the US finance a mini-Marshall plan. Extortion comes to mind....and kickbacks. They emptied out their villages with greedy visions of billions in remittances expected.
Now they want to cooperate? Call this a Third World scam by opportunists who smell money.....a scam Chicago criminals like Obama know very well.

Any Republican immigration bill MUST give taxpayers the ability to obtain wire-transfers, hard drives, electronic and paper, corresponsence from Valeria Jarret's office to the DNC, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, etc.
NO tax dollars to Central America for emptying their decrepit villages to give Obama new Democrat voters.

The political classes of the Central American countries have on their own led their people into their own problems. They can fix why foreign PRIVATE investment does not pour into their states without any help or money from the U.S. government.
