Chris Kyle knocked nutty Jesse to the deck and now he sues Kyle’s widow. I hope the jury pours him out and the judge deems his lawsuit frivolous.

Am I reading this right? He’s suing a dead Navy SEAL’s widow/estate because he got his butt kicked (or supposedly didn’t) in a bar fight? That makes him lower than the faux Sergeant Major at the military funeral the other day and that’s saying something. And yes, I know that Jesse was in the service at one point.

Gotta figure they have determined Ventura was defamed and now are arguing over damages.

I would suspect they are held up on an “actual malice” instruction.
Just a guess, I have no idea what the jury instructions actually are but since he is a public figure ...

IMHO..Jesse was Severely Brain-Damaged from the event.
That was a "Pissing" contest in the beginning and Jesse
lost badly. His "Diminished Manhood" won't let him forget,
so he takes it out on the guy's widow.
"Poor whittle little Jesse"..IS a real @$hat.

Ventura suing the widow of this American hero is a new low and he must have had to dig to find a lawyer sleazy enough to take this case.
If you have Hulu-Plus check out Ventura's movie debut in a stink bomb film Abraxis lampooned by the Minnesota comedy group Riff Trax

The whole thing should have been dropped after Kyle’s death. If he had issued a statement expressing sorrow for her loss, said something complimentary about the deceased, and announced that he was dropping the suit, no one could fault him for that. Now Jesse loses even if he wins.
