Speaking of steaks, I'm headed to the butcher's shop later to get some thick porterhouses for the grill. They are charging about $15 a pound right now but well worth it. I'm going to grill some ears of corn and asparagus to go with them and the wife is going to cook up a big pot of rice and drizzle it with extra virgin olive oil. Along with a couple bottles of deep red wine.
