Yes, I'm seeing the same thing. Overwhelm with so many issues, keep adding new ones, that none can be focused on.
The tipping point is when former followers begin to believe incompetence is the order of the day. That only matters, though, with a real lame duck president. A president always has the veto. A partially lame duck president has both houses of Congress in the hands of the opposition. A fully lame duck president has a congress that will override his vetoes.
