Yes, they do. They were downright giddy when they heard he was sending in the Guard. Most knew it was political theater that would accomplish nothing. Count me as being among the latter.

So, if anyone comes along and tries to stop (the Texas National Guard) from taking a position for observing, that person may find them self being detained.
