I knew it! Perry is a fraud! He’s just wasting the good citizens of Texas hard-earned tax dollars.
Of course he is. He uttered this gem regarding ILLEGAL alien children back in 2001, and I have seen no credible evidence that his thinking has changed. Note, he called ILLEGAL aliens "Texans".
