In addition to the money, I also think it’s significant that they’re getting to filter criminals out.
It's not enough, especially when they could be stopping ALL Illegal Aliens.
He doesn't actually want to stop Illegal Immigration, just look like he is really strong, but compassionate on the issue, which he isn't.
