I’ve thought that before about specific individuals afflicted with dementia. Never thought about the global application of that idea though.

I realize why LIBs wanted to close most mental hospitals in the 60’s and 70’s (they did). If the hospitals were open now, the LIBs would be filling them as residents. LIBs are mentally ill.
