WASHINGTON (CBSDC) — Does Russian President Vladimir Putin have a soul? Apparently not, according to Vice President Joe Biden.
In a wide-ranging interview with The New Yorker’s Evan Osnos, the vice president recalled the time he looked Putin in the eyes and told him he didn’t have a soul while he was visiting the former Russian prime minister at the Kremlin in 2011.

Then he challenged Putin to an arm wrestlng contest and won... yep....thats it....the honest truth...yep.
He said this in 2011, then listened to Barky and the media harangue Romney over calling Russia a Geo-political enemy.

Putin is a scary dude, like the kind of guy who has a garrote wire in his watch. He may not have a soul but I doubt Biden would say so to his face. I have no doubt however that Biden would aggrandize himself by lying to the freindly media back home.

And what about Obama?
You have to be pretty soulless to let such a great nation like ours go to pot. But then again, many of its citizens are soulless for voting for Obama twice.
We may not have murdered 298 travelers by shooting down their airplane, but we have allowed the murder of many more Christians by our prejudiced foreign policy.
What Slow Joe didn’t say was he was watching Putin on TV.

Vladimir Putin stared into Joe Biden’s eyes, and concluded, there was nobody home.
And Biden retorted: “You what!?”
